Carly's class held a Mother's/Father's Day celebration for all K1 parents. It was an adorable tribute to all the wonderful Mommy's and Daddy's ! They showed a video display of the kids papers on " I love my Mom/Dad because"~ luckily she wrote that we were both NICE! I happen to be pretty because " I put on makeup" and Daddy is handsome because "he wears ties". We both like "food". (no doubt) They sang a couple of songs and we opened our gifts. Daddy received a paperweight and watercolor tie and I received a photo bookmark and flower picture. Absolutely sweet!
