In November and early Dec, Carly and I usually spend lots of time with the camera around trying to capture a cute Christmas photo of her. Here are some of the not-so-good ones! The top photo is NOT an out-take but the one we went with for our main Christmas card photo. Grandma took it in Prescott over Thanksgiving weekend; I love Carly's facial expression and the shadow behind her. We definitely were going for the cropped look here. Do you remember the fun it was to be swung when you were little? She always wants us to do this! The next one with Santa could have been a runner up but it didn't capture the true Carly smile ( she's still getting used to this Big Red stranger). The next few sort of speak for themselves, awkward smile, getting bored and frustrated with Mom etc. In the bottom pic her hat flew off which was quite hilarious!! More to come....
