The month is flying by.... We have had a busy month taking in a lot of the outdoors before the weather heats up. The first picture is from the Cinco De Mayo party we attended; Carly gave the pinata her best shot, she didnt break it but scored lots of candy once it was busted open! Carly and I took in the butterfly exhibit at Desert Botanical Gardens with our friends, Connie and Kent. Kent and Carly had a blast checking out all the butterflies, we had one mishap though, Carly "stomped" on a butterfly that had landed on the ground! It did NOT make it! Oops! She also enjoyed her first sucker that day! We had a great Mom's Day weekend! Daddy was able to get Carly to say "Happy Mommy's Day" and record it on a card! Very sweet! The last picture was taken while spending a few days at Grandma Ardis' house while Grandma was recovering from knee surgery. Carly enjoyed the cooler temps and spent gobs of time in Grandma's garden, digging and raking dirt! She got to be a frequent visitor to the bathtub! We love and miss you all!
